Like many other online businesses, we have some policies we have to get out of the way.
I'm sure most of you have seen these same type of agreements on other websites, but I'm sorry
to say we'll have to say them again, so please pay attention to these agreements!

Privacy Policies
- First and formost, PolarisMan.com does not share your personal information with outside firms. We believe your
information is yours and not ours to give or sell to somebody. You always have the choice to "opt-out" of any mailings
this website will send. (Although, you might miss some deals if you do...) Login to MyPolarisMan to edit
these preferences.
- PolarisMan.com also stores information in the form of cookies on your computer. These are used to aid the webmaster in providing
you with a functional website as well as any diagnosis problems with our servers. We do not place any malicious items on your PC, so rest
assured you are safe when you shop at this site.
- PolarisMan.com does not record your credit information directly. We feel that by partnering with an established payment system like
PayPal we can leverage their secure site to process your credit information. PayPal
insures each account up to $100,000 against credit card fraud, so it's a real great deal for it's customers, and ours!
- PolarisMan.com provides an online forum for users to participate in conversations with other folk like you! We do not condone, or sponsor
any comments made in the environment that may offend. If there is questionable material in our forums we will do our best to remove the selected
posts.

Online Shopping Polices
We have some online shopping policies that you must agree to before you can order from PolarisMan.com

- Your orders will be shipped ground carrier using the best available method depending on carrier availability to your area, unless otherwised arrainged
- We do not claim any responsibility for wrong information provided to us. Example: If you say you have a 79 TX and need parts, we will ship 79 TX parts. If
they do not fit because your machine is a 80 TX, restocking fees may apply. Please take care in reporting the make and model of your machine.

Return Polices
- We will gladly accept returns, however a 20% restocking fee applies for items returned that are not defective. The fee also applies if you order the wrong part for your machine. It is your responsibility to verify that you are ordering the right parts.
If we make shipping mistake the restocking fee does not apply. All items must be in original packaging (such as windshields must not have the protective film pealed off) and show no signs of use.
- There will be no returns on electrical parts since improper installation may result in damage to the new parts.
- All orders must be returned within 30 days of the invoice.
- NO ORDERS will be accepted without an RMA (Return Authorization Number) number. Please Log-In to My PolarisMan to request an RMA number for a specific request. Orders must be returned with the RMA number, and description of the problem. The RMA number must be on the outside of the shipping box. NO CODs will be accepted on RMA returns unless authorized.
- You may return defective products for replacement after our verification process. Most manufacturers have warranties on their products.

Payment Options
- You will be presented with the opportunity to pay with your credit card through the PayPal system. Alternatively, you can pay
with a personal check or money order. Choosing the personal check route will slow down the processing of your order, so please use PayPal if you can! If PayPal is not an option
we suggest using a Money Order as that will speed up delivery of your products.
- All quotes may be revised prior to shipping due to changes in pricing from our suppliers.
